Cupid’s Salad

Preferred salad greens:

  • 1 each red and gold beets, cooked, peeled and sliced into half moons
  • ½ red pepper, cut into large dice
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, cut into large dice
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ small red onion, julienne
  • 1 TB Gogi berries for garnish
  • Edible Gold Leaves/Sheets

Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
