Cupid’s Salad

Preferred salad greens:
- 1 each red and gold beets, cooked, peeled and sliced into half moons
 - ½ red pepper, cut into large dice
 - ½ yellow bell pepper, cut into large dice
 - ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
 - ½ small red onion, julienne
 - 1 TB Gogi berries for garnish
 - Edible Gold Leaves/Sheets
 
 Preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss.
